Neena Dasgupta has made her mark in the digital marketing and advertising industry as a visionary, a leader and a woman entrepreneur that can turn complex opportunities into successful outcomes.

After a decade at BBC, where she headed Advertising Sales and spearheaded the launch of in India, Neena took her entrepreneurial leap with the launch of Zirca, a digital advertising technology, representation and branded content solutions company.

With Zirca, Neena has managed to successfully build businesses for global majors such as The Economist, Microsoft, Outbrain, INC., Fast Company, TubeMogul, and MediaMath in India.

Under Neena’s leadership, Zirca launched its flagship native advertising management platform, ContentdB, and its proprietary audience intelligence tool ContentiQ. The two offerings, with patents pending under Neena’s name, have seen strong uptake and also won many industry recognitions.

Neena is one of the few women who have made an impact in the digital industry, a fact substantiated by industry recognitions such as the Female CxO Trailblazers award by Tech Trailblazers for 2018, IMPACT’s 50 Most Influential Women in Media, Marketing and Advertising List, 2019 and the ‘Exceptional Women of Excellence’ award by the Women Economic Forum Awards Summit 2018.
